Two kinds of account: Business for shops and companies, Individual for personal deliveries.

  1. Open app.dhbahrain.bh on your computer or phone. The page opens on Login to your account.
  2. New business? Tap Register as business and enter your Business Email, Phone number and Contact name, then Continue. Confirm the SMS code and the email we send you. Our team then agrees your pricing with you.
  3. Sending for yourself? Choose the Individual tab, enter your mobile number and type the code we send you by SMS. You can also continue with Apple.
  4. Business users log in from the Business tab with Continue with Email/Username and their password.
  5. Forgot it? Tap Forgot your password?, enter your email and we send you a reset link.

TipBusiness accounts get volume pricing, invoices and a wallet for cash-on-delivery money. If you sell regularly, register as a business.

Guide 2

Book a delivery

From pickup to drop-off in under a minute.

  1. Tap New Order.
  2. Pick the service: 1-hour Express, 3-hour or 5-hour delivery. Choose a Vehicle Type if the order asks for one.
  3. Pickup: search the address or drop the pin on the Map. Add Block, Building, Floor and Unit, the sender name and number, and any Notes for driver. Tap Set Pickup.
  4. Drop off: do the same for the receiver, with their name and mobile number so the rider can call them. Tap Set DropOff.
  5. Choose when: For now sends a rider straight away, Scheduled lets you pick a date and time slot.
  6. Choose who pays (see Payments below), add a Promo code if you have one, and check the price.
  7. Tap Send Order. You will see your order code straight away, and a rider is assigned.

TipUse Reference ID for your own invoice or order number. It shows on invoices and to the rider, so everyone talks about the same parcel.

Guide 3

Several stops in one trip

One pickup, many drop-offs. Ideal for daily shop runs.

  1. After the first drop-off, tap Add dropoff and enter the next address and receiver.
  2. Repeat for every stop. Each stop can have its own receiver, notes and cash-on-delivery amount.
  3. Tap Optimize dropoffs to let the app put the stops in the fastest order. The price may change with the new route.

TipSending more than a handful? Use Bulk import instead (see below).

Guide 4

Payments and cash on delivery

Choose who pays for the delivery, and collect the price of your goods from the customer.

  1. Wallet: the delivery fee comes out of your balance. The balance must cover the order price.
  2. Pay By Card: pay with a saved debit or credit card.
  3. Cash: you pay the rider at pickup.
  4. Pay by Receiver: your customer pays the delivery fee when the parcel arrives.
  5. Cash on Delivery: enter the amount the rider should collect for your goods. The rider collects it at the door and it is added to your wallet.

TipCash-on-delivery money is paid out monthly at no cost, or within 24 hours for 300 fils.

Guide 5

Track live and share the link

See where your parcel is, and let your customer see it too.

  1. Open the order from your active orders list. The map shows the rider moving in real time, with the estimated time.
  2. The status moves from Pending to In Progress, Picked Up and Done.
  3. Tap Copy link or Track Link and send it to your customer on WhatsApp. They can follow the rider without an account.
  4. Need to talk? Use Call Driver or Message to chat with the rider inside the order.

TipSharing the tracking link before the rider arrives cuts "where is my order?" calls and failed deliveries.

Guide 6

Proof of pickup and delivery

Every order keeps a record of who handed over and who received.

  1. Open a finished order and tap View Proof.
  2. You see the Proof of Pickup and the Proof of delivery: photo, signature and the rider’s notes.
  3. Download the Receipt for your records, or print a Shipment Label to stick on the parcel before pickup. It carries the barcode, addresses and any cash-on-delivery amount.

Guide 7

Change, cancel or repeat an order

Plans change. Here is what you can do and when.

  1. To change details, open the order and tap the edit icon (Edit Order). Choose Addresses to change times, addresses, contacts or stops, or Order Info for the other details, then Save.
  2. To cancel, tap Cancel Order, choose a reason and confirm. You can cancel until the rider picks the parcel up. After that, call us.
  3. Sending to the same place again? Tap Repeat Order on any past order and only change what is different.

Guide 8

Save addresses in your Address Book

Stop typing the same address twice.

  1. Go to Address Book and tap New Address, or tap the bookmark icon next to any address while you book.
  2. Give it a Title (for example "Shop" or "Warehouse") and a short Code you will remember.
  3. Tap Set default pickup on your shop address, so every new order starts from there.

Guide 9

Wallet, top-ups and invoices

Every fils in and out, in one place.

  1. Open Wallet to see your Balance.
  2. Tap Top up, choose an amount or type your own, and pay by card.
  3. Transactions lists every charge, top-up and cash-on-delivery credit. Invoices holds your monthly invoices.
  4. To take money out, use Withdraw, enter your bank name and IBAN once, and request the amount.
  5. Save a card under Payment methods with Add Credit/Debit Card to pay faster.

TipIf an order says "Wallet balance is low", top up or pick another payment method for that order.

Guide 10

Import many orders at once

Upload a spreadsheet of orders instead of typing them one by one.

  1. Open Bulk Import and tap Download sample CSV.
  2. Fill one row per order in Excel or Google Sheets, keeping the column names, and save as .csv.
  3. Drag the file in, or tap Open file. Check the preview of the first order, then choose the service and order type.
  4. Tap Import. When it finishes, the Result shows how many orders were created.
  5. Any rows with problems can be downloaded with Download errored rows, fixed and imported again.

TipOnly .csv files are accepted: in Excel use Save As, "CSV UTF-8" so Arabic names stay readable. Write yes or no in lowercase, payment as cash or wallet, the payer as sender or receiver, and dates as 2026-10-15 14:30.

Guide 11

Find past orders and export reports

Filter, search and download your order history.

  1. Open Order History. Search by order code or Reference ID.
  2. Filter by date (up to 31 days at a time), status or service.

  4. Use Order again on any order to rebook it in one tap.

Guide 12

Connect your online store or system

Send orders to DHB automatically from Shopify or your own software.

  1. Ask us to switch on API access. Your keys then appear under API OAuth2 Keys: Customer Id, Client Id and Client Secret.
  2. Give the keys only to your developer. Treat the Client Secret like a password.
  3. Selling on Shopify or WooCommerce? Message us and we set up the connection with you, so new orders become DHB deliveries on their own, with tracking added to the order.
  4. Full step-by-step Shopify and API setup: dhbahrain.bh/integrations

Guide 13

Make the app yours.

  1. Open Settings and choose Language: English or Arabic.
  2. Turn email and SMS notifications on or off.

Troubleshooting

Something not working?

I did not get the SMS code.

Check the number starts with +973 and wait a minute before tapping resend code. If it still does not arrive, WhatsApp us on +973 3700 0890.

It says "Customer has already registered".

This number or email already has an account. Log in instead, or use Forgot your password? to reset it.

The address search cannot find my place.

Search for the block or a nearby landmark, then drag the pin to the exact spot on the map. Add the building, road and flat in the address details.

It says "Wallet balance is low".

Your wallet needs at least the order price. Top up, or choose card, cash or pay by receiver for this order.

My scheduled time is not accepted.

The pickup window must come before the delivery window without overlapping, and both must be in the future. We deliver daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 midnight.

My bulk import file is rejected.

Save it as .csv (not .xlsx), keep the column names from the sample file, and fill every required column. Download the errored rows to see exactly what to fix.

I cannot export more than a month.

Order history filters cover up to 31 days at a time. Export one month, then change the dates and export the next.

When do I receive my cash-on-delivery money?

It is added to your wallet once the order is delivered. Balances are paid monthly at no cost, or within 24 hours for 300 fils.

Still stuck? We are here daily, 9:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. Inside the app, use Support to send us a request about any order.
