What exactly is a Unit?
Your own shelf space on our racks: 1.0 m wide, 0.6 m deep and 0.6 m high (0.36 m³). That is roughly 45 shoe boxes or 8 medium cartons. Add more Units whenever you need them.
How many products can I keep in one Unit?
Up to 5 different products (SKUs) per Unit, with as many pieces of each as fit. A Unit with more than 5 different products has a small monthly high-density fee, because it takes longer to pick from.
Which online stores can connect?
Shopify and other platforms connect through our API, so orders flow in automatically and your stock updates live. Selling on Instagram or WhatsApp? We can take your orders directly too.
Do you collect cash on delivery?
Yes. We collect the payment at the door and it goes to your DHB wallet, which you can follow live in the app and withdraw from.
Where is my stock kept?
At DHB in Sanabis, in the same place as our team and riders, which is why orders can leave the same day.
How fast are orders delivered?
Same-day delivery within 5 hours of order confirmation, or Express when it is urgent, every day from 9:00 AM to 12:00 midnight.
